Availability

The primary computer source code discussed in this paper has been available on the Internet for nearly six years, but was re-worked for this paper with inputs from many people and organizations. The current code is available in C++, FORTRAN, MATLAB, and Pascal as these appear to be the most common languages for operations today. The appendices contain definitions and examples of TLE data and TEME conversions, the C++ code, along with the input TLE data, and results. The code for debugging the software is not included as it was not pertinent to the discussion. The files have ‘include’ statements which are commented out where these lines of code would be inserted. All the necessary files are located on the Internet for convenience. They are available from the Center for Space and CelesTrak websites:[^13]
